Shipping policy

All shipped orders are sent through Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. Please provide an appropriate, secure mailing address (such as P.O. Box if available) as all packages are the customers responsibility once marked as delivered.

Free shipping is available on all orders of $400 or more (before tax). $20 flat rate shipping will otherwise apply for all orders. 

*Duties, tariffs, taxes, import fees and brokerage are the responsibility of the customer.  We include USMCA, Certificate of Origin, and commercial invoices with all international orders to help mitigate import costs.

All shipped orders are processed in the order in which they are received, and every effort is made to ship your order within 4 business days. A shipping notification will be provided after your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
